Deye SUN-20K-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 – three-phase hybrid inverter, 20 kW
The SUN-20K-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 is part of the Deye SUN-(14-20)K-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 series: three-phase hybrid inverters for 48 V low-voltage batteries with a transformer-isolated design on the battery side. It combines PV generation, battery storage and the grid in a single unit – for homes and businesses.
Features according to the manufacturer
- Battery: lead-acid or lithium-ion, 40–60 V, max. 350 A charge/discharge current, charging strategy “self-adaptation to BMS”, 2 battery inputs.
- PV input: 2 MPP trackers (2+2 strings), max. 32,000 W input power, max. 40,000 W PV array power, up to 800 V.
- Grid & backup: 3L+N+PE, 230/400 V; 100 % unbalanced load (up to 50 % of rated power per phase); off-grid peak power 2× for 10 s; max. 70 A AC pass-through.
- Scalable: up to 10 units in parallel in on- and off-grid operation, several batteries in parallel.
- Flexible: AC coupling for retrofitting existing PV systems, energy storage from a diesel generator, 6 adjustable time slots for charging/discharging.
- Robust: IP65, −40 to +60 °C (derating above 45 °C), up to 3,000 m, intelligent air cooling.
