Do you offer training or product training?
Yes, we offer product training and technical training courses. Please contact us for further information or current dates.
How can I pay?
Payment is made exclusively by SEPA bank transfer. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due for payment without deduction within the period stated on the invoice.
How quickly do you deliver?
Delivery takes place within 2–5 days of ordering – directly from our warehouse in Austria (Landscha an der Mur). We will gladly confirm the availability of individual models on request.
Are the battery storage systems compatible with all inverters?
Our Easyway battery storage systems are compatible with most common inverter brands, particularly models with CAN or RS485 communication – with more than 20 inverter models, including the entire Deye LV hybrid series SG05LP3 (6–20 kW). We will gladly confirm which models work together in your specific project; we send the compatibility list on request.
How deeply can I discharge the batteries?
According to the datasheet, our LiFePO4 batteries of the UNIV series support a depth of discharge of up to 90 % DOD.
How many charge cycles does an Easyway storage system last?
According to the datasheet, the Easyway UNIV storage systems are designed for more than 8,000 charge cycles (at 25 °C and 80 % depth of discharge). Read more about the technology in our knowledge article LiFePO4 battery storage.
Can I use the PV system during a power cut?
Yes – in combination with a hybrid-capable inverter and a battery storage system, our systems provide an emergency power supply (backup function) in the event of a grid failure.
How large should a battery storage system for a single-family home be?
For a typical single-family home we recommend a storage capacity of 10 to 15 kWh – depending on electricity consumption and the size of the PV system. We will gladly advise you on sizing for your specific project.
How long is the warranty?
Deye inverters: according to the manufacturer’s datasheet, 5 years or up to 10 years, depending on the country and conditions of installation – details on request.
Easyway battery storage (UNIV): 10 years according to the manufacturer’s datasheet – the exact warranty conditions are available on request.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer.
What should I do if I have problems setting up the inverter?
Contact us directly via our contact page, by phone or via WhatsApp – the Involtis team helps quickly and without fuss. We support you with commissioning, firmware questions and system optimisation, and also take care of inverter software updates.
